Join our brewery-driven, scratch kitchen concept known for award-winning beers and lively, chef-inspired menus. We’re seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to elevate guest experiences, lead service standards, and support large event operations across our expansive private and semi-private spaces.

You will motivate and develop front-of-house teams, partner closely with the culinary and brewery crews, drive profitability, and ensure flawless execution from bustling dinners to large-scale events. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, savvy floor presence, and a passion for hospitality, beer, and food.

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 + Great benefits listed below

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in full-service or upscale casual dining
• Background in event operations and execution
• Strong skills in scheduling and inventory management
• Proven ability in guest recovery and conflict resolution
• ServSafe and alcohol service certification preferred
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and event shifts
