We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at our upscale, high-volume restaurant with annual sales of $10-12M. This position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity while ensuring adherence to our established recipes and standards. You must excel in managing operations, mentoring staff, and delivering an extraordinary dining experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen operations and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop creative menu offerings while adhering to established recipes.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a skilled culinary team.
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.


Compensation and Benefits:
