Core Responsibilities

Service Excellence: Oversee all front-of-house operations during service, ensuring the team executes every detail to our elevated standards. Proactively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and expertly resolve any service issues that may arise.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and mentor a team of servers, hosts, and support staff. Foster a positive and professional work environment that encourages teamwork, performance, and growth. Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.

Operational Management: Manage daily opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and reservation systems to optimize table turnover and guest flow. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and timing between the kitchen and dining room.

Financial Acumen: Assist in managing labor costs, monitoring beverage inventory, and contributing to P&L statement analysis. Drive revenue through effective upselling programs and strategic service initiatives.

Brand Ambassadorship: Embody our brand's values of quality, precision, and genuine hospitality. Ensure the dining room's ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation consistently reflect our upscale identity.
Qualifications & Experience

Required Experience: 2-5 years of progressive management experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant setting.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing service team.

Service Standards: Deep understanding of the steps of service, fine dining etiquette, and guest relations management.

Operational Knowledge: Proficiency with POS systems, reservation software, and restaurant financial reporting.

Culinary Passion: A genuine appreciation for a scratch-kitchen environment and the ability to articulate menu concepts and wine pairings to guests and staff.

Certifications: Food Handler and Basset certifications are required.
