Front of House Restaurant Manager — Upscale Casual Sports Bar (Bel Air, MD)

We’re Bel Air’s go-to hotspot for big games, great drinks, and fun times, and we’re hiring a talented, experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead our guest-facing operations. You’ll oversee daily FOH activities, coach and schedule staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain smooth, efficient service during high-volume shifts. You’re a pro at managing customer satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, upscale casual environment.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years in a restaurant management or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of FOH operations, including service standards, staff training, and guest relations
• A calm, positive leadership style and a passion for hospitality

Compensation and benefits:

• Up to $72,000 base salary + monthly paid bonus
