Job Summary:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, food quality, and team performance. You’ll be responsible for managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving profitability while upholding our brand’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, food safety compliance, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and attract new guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to ensure team satisfaction and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations and financial management.
