About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar near Rising Sun, MD. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.

• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and minimizing waste.

• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with the management team to align bar operations with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
