Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Unit Manager to oversee the operations of multiple quick-service restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a passion for people, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop store managers and team members to achieve their full potential.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and manage budgets, P&L statements, and cost controls to meet financial goals.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a superior guest experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing customer feedback promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies for growth, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing multiple quick-service restaurant locations or similar multi-unit operations.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on coaching and development.
• Excellent financial acumen, including experience with P&L management and cost control.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
