Job Description: Restaurant Manager – Orland Park, IL

We are searching for a dedicated and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our establishment in Orland Park, IL. With a base salary of $65,000–$70,000, this role combines leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. If you have expertise in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between FOH and BOH teams.
  • Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and ongoing development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue.
  • Monitor inventory, food safety, and cleanliness to uphold high standards.
  • Handle recruitment, training, and scheduling to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Address guest feedback with a proactive approach, ensuring prompt resolution and a positive dining experience.
  • Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry, with proven FOH and BOH experience.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools.
  • Preferred qualifications include ServSafe certification or equivalent.
  • A proactive and energetic approach to managing operations and challenges.
