@ F100 InsureTech with diverse, friendly culture, and GREAT work / life balance

  • Location: Hybrid onsite Tues-Thurs in NYC, close to subways and NJ PATH
  • Comp: up to 157K base + bonus - with potential for more based on performance
  • Note: Sorry, no visa transfers / no relocation available at this time

The client:

Picture this: a heart-led, empathy-focused company with millions of customers - that's embracing AI in both their design process and final products - that’s also a venerable, 200-year-old, F100 InsureTech company. They’ve got incredible resources, a friendly and inclusive culture, and they support their employees like few other employers do!

This is a place where diversity and humanity are deeply rooted values in their company culture. They have incredible benefits, including solid health coverage, 6 month parental leave, 401K matching, and a pension, to name a few highlights.

They have been named one of Fortune’s “World’s Most Admired Companies”, are in the top 50 companies in Forbes’ 2024 “America’s Best Employers for Diversity”, and received a score of 100 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s “2025 Corporate Equality Index”, which measures LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

Their Design discipline is in the midst of massive growth and expansion, building out a bevy of 0 to 1 products, as well as innovating on their legacy products, so it’s a great time to get in the door to build impactful products at a massive scale.

The opportunity:

As Senior Associate, MarTech - Website CMS / AEM, you’d have a rare seat at the table where content strategy meets enterprise technology transformation — and where your decisions will shape how content is created, structured, governed, and delivered across one of the most complex digital ecosystems in the industry.

You'll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Technology, Content Operations, Content Strategy, Design, Product, and AI/Data — not as a support function, but as a powerful, strategic force helping define how CMS capabilities are built, scaled, and governed across a large enterprise.

This is a relationship-based, deeply collaborative environment. The ability to form a point of view, pressure-test it, and bring the right people along is just as important as the technical depth you bring.

What this is not: This is not a content strategy, copywriting, or campaign marketing role — and it's not for someone who wants to just be handed a task and execute. It's for someone who can form a vision, navigate ambiguity, and bring an organization along.

Why This Role Is Different:

Most CMS roles are about maintaining what exists. This one is about defining what comes next — and knowing how to chart a path to get there.

The company is actively moving toward a headless, modular content model, where content is structured once and reused across multiple digital experiences. You won't just configure a platform; you'll evaluate options, articulate tradeoffs, build the case, and shepherd stakeholders from strategy all the way through delivery.

The expectation isn't that you arrive with all the answers — it's that you know how to find them, frame them, and move people forward.

A major part of your mandate is helping enable content as a product — structured, personalized, reusable, and AI-ready. You'll help ensure the enterprise CMS is built not just for their websites today, but for the next generation of content-driven experiences, including how AI is reshaping the content supply chain from creation through distribution.

This role has two core focus areas:

  • Content Engine — headless CMS, content-as-a-service, structured content, content models, taxonomy, metadata, creative-to-publish lifecycle, knowledge graphs, LLM discoverability, and AI-assisted authoring
  • Design-to-Development — translating experience designs and design language systems into production-ready components, handoff standards, component libraries, and scalable design-to-dev workflows

What You'll Do:

  • Translate business needs into CMS platform requirements and roadmap, and make the case to the right stakeholders at the right time
  • Own and prioritize the enablement backlog based on business impact, dependencies, and delivery timing
  • Evaluate emerging capabilities: AI-assisted authoring, generative content assembly, knowledge graphs, LLM discoverability, AEO/GEO, and AI-accelerated design-to-dev tools
  • Leverage and evaluate Adobe's ecosystem: AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM as a Cloud Service, and Adobe's evolving AI capabilities (Firefly and beyond), with a clear point of view on how they support the enterprise content strategy
  • Drive delivery through sprint planning, UAT, risk escalation, defect triage, and release readiness
  • Create documentation, process flows, and solution recommendations that help move stakeholders to decisions
  • Evaluate and onboard tools and vendors supporting CMS modernization and enterprise scalability

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years in CMS, MarTech, Digital Platform Operations, Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, or Product Delivery; including 5+ years specializing in enterprise CMS or digital product delivery
  • Strong experience with AEM, Contentful, Storyblok, or comparable platforms; AEM certification highly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of headless CMS, structured content, content modeling, taxonomy, metadata, and content governance
  • Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise environments: building solutions, earning buy-in, and driving delivery end to end
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, custom GPTs); you use AI to amplify your thinking, not replace it
  • Excellent communication across technical and business audiences in a matrixed, relationship-based organization

Preferred Background:

  • Titles: CMS Solution Consultant, CMS Business Analyst, CMS Technical Lead, Solution Engineer, Business Architect, Digital Platform Manager, MarTech Operations, Product Owner, or related
  • Industry: Financial services, insurance, healthcare, pharma, or another regulated/complex enterprise environment
  • Adobe: Adobe Experience Manager / AEM, Adobe DAM / Assets, Adobe Firefly, or comparable enterprise digital experience tools
  • Experience: Corporate websites, enterprise web ecosystems, headless CMS transitions, content supply chain transformation, or design-to-development modernization

Logistics:

  • Location: Hybrid onsite Tues-Thurs in NYC
  • Comp: up to 157K base + bonus - with potential for more based on performance
  • Superb day-to-day work/life balance
  • Benefits include 401K match and pension, career development, tuition reimbursement, fertility benefits, parental benefits whether through birth, adoption, foster care, or surrogacy, wellness benefits including mental health and onsite amenities
