Salary: $90K – $110K + Bonuses

Renowned for its culinary excellence, refined service, and elevated guest experience, this establishment operates at the highest standards of the industry, attracting discerning clientele and critical acclaim alike.


What Do We Seek?

We are seeking a highly accomplished, service-driven General Manager with experience in Michelin-starred, James Beard-recognized, or similarly acclaimed establishments. This leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring an unparalleled level of hospitality, operational excellence, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate is a visionary operator and inspiring leader who thrives in a high-performance environment, understands the nuances of fine dining service, and is deeply committed to cultivating both guest satisfaction and team development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring flawless execution of service at the highest level
  • Champion an exceptional guest experience through personalized, anticipatory service and meticulous attention to detail
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a world-class team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to ensure seamless alignment between kitchen and service teams
  • Drive financial performance through strategic planning, cost control, revenue optimization, and achievement of budgeted goals
  • Maintain and elevate service standards, ensuring consistency with Michelin-level or equivalent fine dining expectations
  • Oversee reservations strategy, dining room flow, and service pacing to maximize both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP guests, industry professionals, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining an immaculate environment


Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience as a General Manager or senior leader in Michelin-starred, James Beard-recognized, or similarly acclaimed fine dining establishments
  • Deep understanding of luxury service standards, wine and beverage programs, and refined dining operations
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost controls
  • Passion for hospitality, with an unwavering commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment while maintaining composure and precision
