Controller – Restaurant Group (Barbados)

Location: Barbados (on‑site)

We are seeking a hands‑on Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations for a multi‑unit restaurant group in Barbados. This role is highly operational and works closely with ownership and restaurant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting and monthly close

• Prepare and analyze P&Ls, budgets, and forecasts

• Control food, beverage, and labor costs

• Oversee cash flow, AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with local financial and tax requirements

• Support operational decision‑making with accurate reporting

Requirements

• Restaurant or hospitality accounting experience (required)

• Strong understanding of P&Ls and cost controls

• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and operationally minded

• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, owner‑driven environment
