Clinical Neuroradiologists Specialist (Daytime & Flexible Tracks) | Neuro/Gen Mix | Onsite or Hybrid

The Position Infrastructure

An established healthcare network is actively recruiting a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist to join its advanced clinical reading division. This high-yield track is specifically optimized to support expanding regional outpatient volumes across the Greater Fort Myers region, targeting candidates located within a 35-mile commuting or lifestyle radius.

To maximize professional autonomy, the practice fully supports your preferred operational layout. You can configure this permanent position as either a 100% work-from-home remote track or a structured hybrid model tied to regional imaging nodes.

  • Primary Modality Matrix: Advanced Neuro Diagnostic Loops & General Outpatient Case Mix
  • Geographic Target Area: Southwest Florida Corridor (Fort Myers, FL Area)
  • Contract Classification: Full-Time, Permanent Core Staff

Clinical Responsibilities & Workflow

  • Deliver high-quality, definitive interpretations across a varied outpatient caseload, prioritizing advanced neuroradiology and high-yield diagnostic studies.
  • Maintain efficient, predictable turnaround times aligned with regional service-level metrics.
  • Leverage internal peer-consultation platforms to collaborate effectively on complex or multi-system clinical presentations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Certification Baseline: Active Board Certification or Board Eligibility via the ABR or AOBR.
  • Specialty Profile: Fellowship training in Neuroradiology is strongly preferred; general diagnostic readers with documented subspecialty reading volume are welcome.
  • State Licensure: Must possess an active, unrestricted Florida (FL) medical license to qualify for immediate, fast-tracked onboarding.
  • Work Authorization: Must reside within the United States and maintain full legal authority to practice.

Practice Operational Shielding

  • Administrative Defense: A dedicated, 24/7 internal clinical desk operates as your operational buffer. They handle all prior study aggregation, medical history matching, and external provider phone routing so your workspace remains entirely focused on reading.
  • Premium Technology Suite: Remote and hybrid team members are equipped with an enterprise-grade, fully configured home PACS workstation shipped at zero cost and monitored 24/7 by a live internal IT department.
  • Total Risk Management: 100% company-paid medical malpractice insurance is standard, including comprehensive, unlimited tail coverage.
  • Onboarding Support: In-house medical staff coordinators manage all regional credentialing, hospital privileging, and state renewal documentation.
