Physician Assistant - Dermatology

What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed medical histories and full-body skin examinations
- Diagnose and manage all dermatologic conditions, with a strong focus on skin cancer detection and treatment
- Perform office-based procedures: biopsies, cryotherapy, ED&C, excisions, etc.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and pathology results
- Create and execute treatment plans, prescribe medications
- Educate patients and families on skin cancer prevention and sun safety
- Complete thorough EMR documentation and MIPS requirements within 48 hours
- Participate in community outreach and skin-cancer awareness events
- Work both collaboratively with the dermatologist and independently with confidence
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (Master’s required)
- Active Florida PA-C license (or immediately eligible)
- Current DEA and Florida Controlled Substance Registration
- NCCPA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; dermatology background strongly preferred (will consider high-performing PAs from primary care, urgent care, or surgery with genuine interest in dermatology)
- At least 1 year of EMR experience required
- Outstanding clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts)
- Occasional weekends only for community events

Must-Haves:
- Must have at least 3 years experience as a Dermatology PA-C
- Must be comfortable with a census of 35-40 per day
