Leverage your expertise to attract top talent on your own time, flip candidates to our lead recruiters, and earn commissions when they're hired.

We specialize in permanent placements for radiologists (especially teleradiology), dermatologists, psychiatrists, and more, focusing on small- to mid-sized physician groups and teleradiology practices (no hospitals, no locums, no high-pressure sales). In 2026, we're expanding deeper into Breast Imaging and Interventional Radiology.

Your Role – Flexible Side Hustle with Big Upside

• Primarily contact warm contacts provided from our exclusive database, using targeted emails, texts, scheduled calls, and smart outreach campaigns
• Screen and qualify radiologists (phone or text), then forward strong profiles to our lead recruiter for closing
• Earn commissions on successful placements. Get paid generously and quickly when we get paid
• Perfect for a part-time gig: Work evenings, weekends, or whenever fits your life. No minimum hours required

Must have at least 3 years of experience in physician recruitment to join.
