Position Title: Academic Interventional Radiologist

Position Overview:
A premier, regional academic health system is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-eligible/board-certified Interventional Radiologist to join its expanding Department of Radiology. This faculty role offers a robust mix of clinical coverage, medical education, and research pursuits within a prominent regional network that includes a Level I trauma center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clinical coverage for specialized interventional radiology and angiography services.
- Participate actively in the academic mission, instructing and mentoring medical students and radiology residents.
- Perform a full spectrum of IR procedures, including interventional oncology, trauma interventions, women's health, spinal augmentation, and dialysis access maintenance.
- Pursue academic interests, clinical trials, or departmental research initiatives.
Requirements:
- MD/DO or equivalent with fellowship training in Interventional Radiology.
- Board eligible or Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Eligibility for state medical licensure in the target Southeast state.
- Strong interest or background in academic medicine and resident education.
