Diagnostic Radiologist – Partnership Track Opportunity

Position Title: Diagnostic Radiologist (2-Year Partnership Track)

Location: Tampa, FL (About 35–45 minutes west down I-4

Employment Type: Regular Full-Time

Position Overview:

A highly successful, independent, and completely physician-owned radiology practice is seeking a full-time Diagnostic Radiologist to join its expanding Central Florida team. This rare opportunity features a transparent, democratic two-year track to full partnership. The incoming physician will join a collaborative network of several physicians managing multiple premier outpatient imaging centers, ambulatory surgical sites (ASC/OBL), and diversified regional hospital relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, efficient interpretations for general, non-subspecialty diagnostic imaging.
  • Maintain a service-first, highly collaborative mentality with internal colleagues and referring clinical teams.
  • Utilize advanced, leading-edge imaging technology across a highly coordinated, independent practice infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • MD/DO or equivalent with specialized residency training in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) by the American Board of Radiology.
  • Valid medical licensure in the state of Florida (or immediate eligibility).
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent visual acuity, and a desire to work in an independent, democratically governed group.
