Subspecialty Focus: Musculoskeletal / Orthopedic MRI Interpretation


Overview

A well-established subspecialty teleradiology practice is seeking exceptional, fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiologists to join a growing nationwide team. The practice specializes in high-quality MRI, CT, and ultrasound interpretations with a strong emphasis on orthopedic and musculoskeletal imaging. We deliver expert, timely reports to referring providers through advanced, secure cloud-based workflows.

This role allows narrow focus on MSK/orthopedic cases within a supportive, collaborative environment of board-certified, fellowship-trained radiologists. Emphasis is placed on diagnostic excellence, quality care, and sustainable workloads to support long-term career satisfaction and help prevent burnout.

Key Position Details

  • 100% Remote Teleradiology — Work from anywhere in the U.S. with flexible scheduling (primarily daytime coverage; standard arrangements do not require nights or weekends)
  • Subspecialty Emphasis — Concentrate on musculoskeletal/orthopedic MRI interpretations, including complex cases from orthopedic practices, imaging centers, and sports/athlete-related referrals
  • Case Mix — Primarily MRI-focused (with CT and ultrasound support), tailored to MSK expertise for consistent, high-quality diagnostic work
  • Workflow — Efficient cloud-based PACS platform with rapid image access and report turnaround; backed by experienced support staff and IT resources
  • Flexibility & Lifestyle — Manageable case volumes, remote setup, and scheduling designed for work-life balance and professional longevity

Qualifications

  • Board-certified in Radiology (ABR/AOBR)
  • Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology (MRI/orthopedic focus strongly preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of post-fellowship experience in diagnostic radiology
  • Strong diagnostic skills with a commitment to accuracy and patient-centered reporting
  • Comfortable with remote reading (reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace required)
  • Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (multi-state capability a plus; support may be available)
