Location: 100% Remote (Must hold or be eligible for a Florida Medical License)

Employment Type: Regular Full-Time

Salary Range: $650,000.00+ (Based on schedule choice and volume)

Position Overview:

A premier, independent, physician-owned radiology practice with a 50+ year legacy in the Southeast is seeking full-time, remote Diagnostic Radiologists to join its stable virtual reading panel. This democratically governed mid-sized group (16–50 radiologists) supports a well-diversified and financially sound network of regional hospitals and outpatient centers. They are committed to remaining fully independent and offer an incredibly collaborative, service-first virtual environment backed by an elite, 24/7/365 in-house IT and physician communication support team.

Flexible Schedule Options:

Candidates can choose from multiple highly attractive daytime or evening shift structures depending on lifestyle preferences:

• Option A: Full-Time Day Shifts
• Schedules available: 8 AM–5 PM EST, 10 AM–7 PM EST, or 11 AM–8 PM EST.
• Work year: 40–42 weeks per year.
• Weekend requirements are negotiable.

• Option B: Full-Time Evening/Swing Shifts
• Schedules available: 4 PM–12 AM EST or 6 PM–2 AM EST.
• Rotation choices: 1 week on / 2 weeks off OR 1 week on / 1 week off.

Note: There is high-earning potential for taking on additional shifts at premium internal rates if desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, high-quality, and efficient remote interpretations for general, non-subspecialty diagnostic imaging.
• Maintain a service-first mentality and collaborate seamlessly via digital platforms with clinical teams.
• Leverage the group's robust, enterprise-level home workstation setup and dedicated 24/7 technical support pipeline.

Requirements:

• MD/DO or equivalent with residency training in Diagnostic Radiology (all fellowship tracks are welcome).
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) by the American Board of Radiology.
• Valid medical licensure in the state of Florida, or the immediate eligibility to obtain one prior to start.
• Post-training clinical experience preferred.
