Diagnostic Radiologist – Flexible Daytime Shifts & Uncapped Earnings
Our agency is recruiting a Diagnostic Radiologist for an established, high-volume imaging provider experiencing significant regional growth. This position offers exceptional scheduling flexibility, a balanced case mix, and an elite compensation structure with multiple ancillary revenue streams.
Position Overview & Work Models
- Position Type: Permanent, full-time.
- Scheduling Framework: Monday through Friday, standard daytime hours aligned with the Eastern Time zone. No mandatory overnight shifts.
- Location & Flexibility: Multiple practice models are available, including full-time onsite, a structured hybrid schedule, or specialized teleradiology. Onsite placement is highly preferred, situated in a premier coastal community in Southwest Florida.
Compensation, Range, & Ancillary Income
- Financial Package: Expected base salary range of $600,000 to $630,000, depending on experience and structural alignment.
- Earning Potential: There is absolutely no cap on your total annual compensation.
- On-Demand Telerad Option: For physicians looking to maximize their revenue, a custom per-click teleradiology framework is available. You can pick up and read extra cases entirely on your own terms and timeline.
- Supplemental Revenue: Access to unlimited internal moonlighting opportunities across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Clinical & Operational Scope
- Daily Volume: High-volume environment with a steady, structured daily workflow.
- Case Mix Profile: A balanced 50/50 breakdown between cross-sectional modalities and plain films.
- Clinical Focus: Primary responsibilities cover emergency room and inpatient exams. Candidates must be fully competent in managing acute stroke imaging protocols.
- Support & Infrastructure: Work alongside a dedicated administrative and IT support team, utilizing efficient, modern PACS and dictation software to optimize daily read times.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
- Licensure: Clean medical background with the ability to obtain or maintain an active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida.
