Our recruiting firm is partnering exclusively with a well-established, patient-focused Direct Primary Care practice in the Jacksonville area specializing in holistic and integrative medicine. This boutique clinic emphasizes personalized wellness, IV nutrient therapy, acupuncture, and relationship-based primary care, free from traditional insurance constraints. They are seeking a dedicated, skilled LPN to join their collaborative team and support their growing services.

This is a fantastic part-time role for an experienced LPN who thrives in a hands-on, wellness-oriented outpatient environment and enjoys building meaningful patient connections.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intakes, review medications/allergies, perform vitals, administer injections, and deliver IV nutrition therapy (including IV insertion and related supply oversight).
• Triage patients (phone and in-person), document accurately in the EHR system, and ensure seamless communication with the physician and support team.
• Foster holistic care by building rapport with patients, collaborating on multidisciplinary solutions, and tracking progress toward wellness objectives.
• Manage IV therapies, order and inventory IV/supplement supplies, and maintain efficient, cost-effective stock levels.
• Support daily clinical operations: prepare labs, facilitate specialist referrals, perform preventive equipment maintenance, and uphold strict compliance with infection control, HIPAA, medication storage, and safety standards.
• Enhance practice growth through patient experience initiatives, including gathering reviews and testimonials, plus proactive team collaboration and problem-solving.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current in integrative care best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida LPN license (required; license number required for consideration).
• Proven hands-on experience with IV insertion and IV therapy administration (required; please detail your experience level).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (2+ years clinical/outpatient experience strongly preferred).
• Ability to reliably commute to and work on-site in the Jacksonville area, FL.
• Availability and interest in part-time hours (20 to 30 per week).

Highly Valued (Preferred)

• Phlebotomy skills.
• Background in primary care, functional/integrative medicine, wellness clinics, or settings involving IV/infusions.
• Comfort with EHR documentation, inventory management, and patient satisfaction/reputation tools.
