The Opportunity
We are a high-growth B2B fintech and marketing platform that powers channel investment programs for some of the world’s largest enterprise brands—including leaders in the automotive, agricultural, and insurance sectors. Our platform manages billions of dollars in investments, ensuring that every dollar spent through complex distributor and dealer networks is accountable, compliant, and generates measurable growth.
We are currently at a critical inflection point. Our organization is executing a dual transformation: aggressively strengthening our revenue-generating core (Transformation A) while simultaneously architecting the next generation of our platform as an AI-first, product-led engine (Transformation B).
We need a technical product leader who has navigated this specific type of strategic tension before. You will own the product vision and roadmap, transitioning our organization from a bespoke service-delivery model to a scalable, repeatable product discipline.
Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy & AI Stewardship
-
Define the Future State: Bridge our current platform strengths with a future-state vision where AI is not a "special project" but a natural capability woven into everything we build.
-
AI as Capability Multiplier: Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI/ML—such as anomaly detection, compliance monitoring, and predictive client insights—while maintaining strict ROI discipline.
-
Dual Transformation Leadership: Balance the need to protect the core business while incubating and launching next-generation, AI-native capabilities.
Operational Leadership
-
Establish Product Discipline: Implement the rituals, artifacts, and decision frameworks (prioritization rubrics, specification standards) required to turn ad-hoc delivery into a repeatable product organization.
-
Client Authority: Serve as the product authority in rooms with sophisticated C-suite marketing and finance leaders; move clients from a "service" mindset to a "product partnership".
-
Team Leadership: Lead the Solutions Consultant team—technical field product managers who translate enterprise needs into scalable platform specifications.
Strategic Partnership
-
Engineering Alignment: Partner as a true peer with the Director of the Tech Solutions Lab. You will own the "what" and "why," while they lead the "how" and "when" of technical execution.
What You Bring
Required Experience
- 7+ Years in Product Leadership: Demonstrated success owning vision, roadmaps, and GTM strategy for B2B platforms.
- Domain Expertise: Experience in Fintech, AdTech, or MarTech, where customers require high accountability for financial spend and investment decisions.
- Technical Product Transformation: A track record of "productizing services"—transitioning a business from building whatever a client asks to a configured platform model.
- AI/ML Literacy: Practical understanding of where AI creates genuine leverage in high-volume data systems and where it is merely hype.
- Enterprise Credibility: Comfort navigating the complexities of large-scale enterprise accounts and high-volume data environments.
Critical Capabilities
- Technical Fluency: Ability to engage credibly with engineers, understand architectural trade-offs, and evaluate feasibility.
- Executive Communication: Ability to speak the language of compliance, ROI, and marketing investment to C-level stakeholders.
- Ambiguity & Prioritization: Comfort making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information and saying "no" constructively to bespoke requests.
The Environment
You are walking into a platform with established enterprise traction and massive data flow that is ready to be reshaped. You will have the full backing of a CEO who is committed to this transformation and a market that is underserved by modern, AI-driven SaaS.
Compensation Target
Base salary range of $175K - $210K plus 10% Bonus target plus competitive benefits.
