We’re hiring a dependable Mobile Lube Technician to provide preventative maintenance and lubrication services for commercial trucks and equipment throughout the Houston area.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00–$25.00 per hour
• Hourly or Flat Rate pay options
• Guaranteed minimum of 35 paid hours weekly for Flat Rate technicians

• $2.00/hour field premium
• $185/day overnight travel per diem

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile oil changes and preventative maintenance on commercial trucks and equipment
• Complete oil, fuel, air, and other filter replacements
• Lubricate chassis, driveline, and other service points
• Inspect fluid levels and identify leaks or potential maintenance concerns
• Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections
• Check belts, hoses, batteries, tires, and other wear components
• Document completed services and inspection findings
• Maintain service truck, tools, fluids, filters, and inventory
• Travel to customer locations throughout the Houston area and surrounding markets
• Provide professional and reliable customer service in the field

Qualifications

• Previous experience with diesel trucks, commercial vehicles, fleet maintenance, or preventative maintenance preferred
• Experience performing oil changes, lubrication services, and basic inspections
• Basic mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and equipment
• Comfortable working independently in a mobile environment
• Ability to safely operate a company service truck
• Willingness to travel when required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Own basic tools preferred
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening
