We have an immediate opening for an experienced Millwright to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Toronto (North York). This is a hands-on role working alongside a team of Millwrights and Maintenance Technicians in a stable production environment.

This position is ideal for a skilled Millwright who enjoys preventative maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, and mechanical work on a variety of industrial equipment. Fabrication experience is a strong asset for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Work on extruders and related plastics manufacturing equipment
• Fabricate, modify, and repair mechanical components as needed
• Install, align, and service mechanical systems and rotating equipment
• Work safely in accordance with company procedures and OH&S standards

What We’re Looking For

• Journeyman Millwright (433A) preferred
• Strong hands-on millwright experience; 8–10+ years considered an asset
• Fabrication experience (welding, fitting, repairs) is highly valued
• Experience in manufacturing or plastics environments is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, safety-focused, and mechanically strong
