We're looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber ready to bring expertise, energy, and top-tier service to a diverse portfolio of apartment properties. This role is essential in ensuring residents enjoy safe, comfortable, and fully functioning homes.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine plumbing maintenance and repairs in apartment units and common areas
• Quickly diagnose and resolve plumbing issues with minimal resident disruption
• Install plumbing fixtures and systems in compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce future repairs and system failures
• Handle emergency plumbing situations efficiently and professionally
• Work closely with property teams to coordinate repairs and minimize impact on residents
• Maintain accurate records of all work, inspections, and parts used

What You Bring:

• Current Journeyman Plumber license
• 3+ years of experience in plumbing (residential/multifamily preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Great communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, crawl, and work in tight spaces

Bonus If You Have:
