With continued growth across the region, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Parts & Tire Sales Representative to join their Fredericton team.
The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing an assigned territory while serving as a trusted advisor for parts, tires, and related service solutions within the trucking and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an assigned sales territory, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation, trucking, and fleet customers through regular in-person visits
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate parts, tire, and service solutions
- Work closely with Parts, Service, and Inside Sales teams to ensure exceptional customer support
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining long-term relationships
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer follow-ups to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Continuously identify opportunities to increase market share and customer engagement within the territory
- Represent the organization professionally while delivering outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in outside sales, territory management, or heavy-duty truck and trailer parts sales
- Strong knowledge of commercial truck, trailer, heavy-duty parts, or tire products
- Experience working within dealership, aftermarket, fleet, or transportation environments is considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and territory planning abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Comfortable working in a predominantly field-based sales role
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary $65,000 - $75,000
