In business for nearly 20 years, a well-established and reputable residential and commercial plumbing company is immediately hiring an experienced and customer-driven Plumbing Service Manager in the Palmetto, FL area to manage and mentor their team of skilled Service Plumbers and oversee the overall profitable operation.

As the Service Manager, you will hire, train, schedule, mentor, and oversee a team of up to six Field Plumbers; conduct site visits for quality control; create and provide cost estimations and quotes for residential and commercial clients; generate sales and new leads for increased profitability; monitor goals, budget, and company objectives; maintain inventory and ensure techs vehicles are stocked; develop vendor/supplier relationships and resolve any customer disputes; other duties as required.

PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least five (5) years supervisory or management experience in residential or commercial plumbing
• Strong technical skills in residential and commercial service plumbing and new construction
• Customer-service oriented with a strong focus on developing and improving customer relationships
• Proficient with computer and trade related programs (i.e. Service Titan)

SHIFT: Days, 7:30am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday). Flexible to work evenings or weekends pending operational needs.

COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS:

• $80,000.00/year - $100,000.00/year++, paid weekly through direct deposit
