Automotive Technician

Location: Saco, ME

What You'll Be Working On

  • Diagnostics and repair of brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, engine performance, HVAC, and drivability issues
  • Preventative maintenance and scheduled services
  • Using modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment to find and repair problems correctly
  • A/C diagnosis and repair
  • Maine State Safety Inspections (or obtaining your inspection license)
  • Communicating repairs with the service team and documenting completed work
  • Keeping your work area organized and professional

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of automotive repair experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities
  • Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
  • Own your basic hand tools
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • ASE certifications are a plus, but we're happy to help good technicians continue earning them
  • Maine State Inspection License and EPA 609 certification, or willingness to obtain them
