Heavy Duty Technicians will work out of a well-equipped service truck to diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on a variety of construction, forestry, and mining equipment.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years heavy equipment repair experience (i.e. dozers, loaders, excavators, skid steers, rock truck, graders, etc.)
• Strong diagnostic skills
• 421A Heavy Equipment Mechanic License OR Registered 5th Year Apprentice, preferred but not required
• Own tools
• Valid “G” driver’s license and clean driving record

All hired HD Mechanics must pass a pre-employment background check (Criminal and Driving)

Shifts: Days, Monday – Friday. Plenty of OT available.

Compensation:

· $38.00 - $45.00/hour+++
