We have an immediate opening for a Shop / Fleet Manager in London, ON. This role will oversee a team of mechanics and be responsible for maintaining a mixed fleet of diesel trucks and heavy equipment.

This opportunity is with a well-established, family-owned company that has been a staple in the London area for over 50 years. The successful candidate will help lead day-to-day shop operations, support technicians, and ensure the fleet is maintained safely and efficiently.

We are ideally looking for someone with experience managing a mechanical shop or a seasoned Heavy Equipment or Truck Technician who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. Mechanic certifications such as 310T or 421A would be considered strong assets, but they are not required.
