Plumbers will diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain pipes (copper, steel, cast, wrought iron, brass, fiberglass piping, plastic), water systems, water feeders and controllers, sewage and water filtration systems, hydronic systems, etc. in new construction for primarily commercial, as well as low-mid-rise buildings, and some industrial/residential settings; perform material and equipment take offs.

SERVICE PLUMBER JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least four (4) years commercial plumbing service experience
• Read and interpret Blueprints and Drawings
• Ability to travel overnight on occassion (possibly 1-2x/month)
• Own Tools
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract

The successfully hired Commercial Plumbers must pass a pre-employment background check (MVR, Criminal , and Drug).

SHIFT: Days, 7:30am – 4:30pm (Monday – Friday). OT after 40 hours. On call 1 week/6 weeks.
