Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Vehicle/Account Sales Manager to join our team. This B2B role is perfect for someone with a successful background in government fleet sales and experience working with clients ranging from large corporations to small businesses. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in selling commercial vehicles such as Isuzu, Mercedes Sprinter Vans, Ford, or GM products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and sustain strong connections with government agencies, large companies, and small businesses to drive commercial vehicle sales.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth experience that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis & Expansion: Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and devise strategies to grow the customer base.
  • Tailored Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals that align with each client’s unique needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns to boost brand visibility and outreach.
  • Contract & Pricing Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with clients, ensuring win-win agreements.
  • Stay Industry Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Post-Sales Support: Provide responsive and helpful post-sales support to address any client concerns.
  • CRM Management: Maintain thorough records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software for seamless follow-up and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in government fleet sales.
  • Familiarity with products such as Isuzu, Mercedes Sprinter Vans, Ford, or GM is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial vehicle market and the needs of business clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
