Diesel Mechanic – Romulus, MI

$35-$45/hr | Multiple Shifts Available | Steady Work | Full Benefits

Looking for a diesel tech who can actually diagnose and fix trucks — not just swap parts.

If you’ve got experience with diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, emissions systems, PMs, and heavy truck repair, this is a strong opportunity with stable hours, good equipment, and a shop that keeps busy year-round.

Available Shifts

• Sun-Wed | 6:00am – 4:30pm
• Wed-Sat | 6:00am – 4:30pm
• Mon-Fri Day Shift | 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Afternoons | 2:30pm – 10:00pm

Pay

• Experienced Diesel Technicians: $35-$45/hr
• PM Techs (1-2 years experience): $25-$35/hr

What You’ll Be Working On

• Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Diesel engines: Cummins, Detroit, CAT, PACCAR, etc.
• Electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• DPF, DEF, SCR, and emissions systems
• Brakes, suspension, steering, tires, A/C, transmissions
• PM services and inspections
• OEM diagnostic software and scan tools

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years diesel mechanic experience
• Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
• Experience with heavy truck repair
• Own hand tools
• Valid driver’s license
• CDL is a plus
