A leading provider of commercial & industrial machinery and equipment parts, accessories, and service in Williamsburg, NY is immediately hiring an experienced Service Manager to manage and mentor their team of Field Technicians & Installers and oversee the overall operations.

The Service Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, hiring, training, scheduling, mentoring, and overseeing a team of Field Service Technicians; opening/scheduling/closing Technician work orders; test equipment prior to shipping when sold (or supervise the testing technician); creating and providing cost estimations for parts, labor, and hours; coordinating warranty work; developing vendor/supplier relationships and resolving any customer or employee disputes; order and follow up on parts/materials needed and monitor inventory (i.e. stock counts); providing after hours support as needed; other related duties
SHIFT: Days, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday). MUST be flexible to work before or after, and on weekends depending on operational needs.
