What We Need From You:

  • Deliver excellent service, professionalism, and communication to customers.
  • Diagnose, repair, and calibrate HVAC/R equipment with precision.
  • Be available for nights, weekends, and emergency on-call shifts.
  • Maintain vehicle stock, tools, and safety equipment.
  • Take part in ongoing training to enhance your skills.


Qualifications:

  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills (iPad/cell phone documentation).
  • At least 2 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems; refrigeration experience preferred.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and handle heavy objects.
  • Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces (attics, basements, crawl spaces).
  • Strong balance for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45+ feet.
  • Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods.
  • Dexterity for tasks like connecting electrical components and precise measurements.


Compensation:

We determine pay based on labor costs across various U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $30-$40/hour, with pay influenced by location, knowledge, skills, and experience.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
