We are excited to announce an immediate job opening for an experienced Automotive Service Technician at our Eagan, MN location. We are on the lookout for a mechanic with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in conducting comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on automotive vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete skilled mechanical tasks, including troubleshooting and diagnosis.
• Inspect, replace, and repair defective parts while performing preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles.
• Continually update technical knowledge and techniques to keep pace with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Interact professionally with customers, colleagues, managers, and suppliers.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Deliver the highest level of service to our customers.

Qualifications:

• Should have 3 - 5 years of professional experience working in an automotive repair shop.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• ASE Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must possess your own tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $80k to $110k/yr. plus a commission based on billable hours. The wage range is determined by experience, qualifications, and certifications.

Schedule:

Day shift from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (closed on weekends).
