310T Truck & Coach Technician – Pembroke, ON

Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00AM–4:00PM

We’re looking for a solid 310T tech who takes pride in their work and wants a steady, reliable shop to call home. If you’re the kind of mechanic who can diagnose issues without guesswork, keeps things running right, and doesn’t mind helping the younger guys learn a thing or two — keep reading.

This is a full-time, day shift role out of our Pembroke shop. You’ll be reporting to the Shop Supervisor and working alongside a tight crew that gets the job done without the nonsense.

What you’ll be doing:

• Keeping trucks and heavy equipment in top shape with routine maintenance and repairs
• Tracking down mechanical issues and fixing them right the first time
• Making sure everything leaving the shop is safe and road-ready
• Keeping clean, accurate records of the work you do
• Working with the team to keep jobs moving and minimize downtime
• Helping mentor and guide junior techs when needed

What you bring:

• Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician license
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Ability to work on your own but also be part of a crew
• Good communication and organization (no one likes chasing paperwork)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
