  • Full benefits package including time off, health coverage, and more
  • Top-notch technician training (Certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence)
  • Flexible locations and scheduling options
  • Work with industry-leading diagnostic and repair tech

What You Bring to the Team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; tech or trade school training is a plus
  • Basic mechanical skills and ideally 1–2 years of experience in vehicle or diesel repair

  • A problem-solving mindset and confidence using tools
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work well with a team and outdoors when needed

  • Some travel may be required for training
  • Must meet safety standards, including use of proper PPE, equipment, and shop tools
  • This is a physically active job: you'll need to move, lift (up to 50–100 lbs), climb, and work in various weather conditions
  • Because the role involves driving company and customer vehicles, a clean driving record is required
