$33–$37/hr + Commission (earning potential up to $135,000/year)
Full-Time | 40 hrs/week + On-Call | Weekends Required

We’re looking for a Heavy-Duty Tow Driver who knows how to handle big iron, stay calm under pressure, and get the job done safely—no matter the situation.
You’ll be running heavy-duty wreckers, rollbacks, and recovery units, responding to calls, hauling commercial equipment, and working closely with dispatch to keep things moving.
This is a real towing job—fast-paced, sometimes messy, and always important.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate heavy-duty wreckers, rollbacks, and recovery trucks (26,000+ GVWR)
- Perform safe, professional towing and roadside recovery for commercial vehicles
- Handle dispatch assignments and complete pickups/deliveries as scheduled
- Perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Keep accurate logs, trip sheets, and paperwork (Tow Book system)
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers in real time
- Follow all DOT rules, traffic laws, and safety procedures—no shortcuts
What We’re Looking For
- Valid CDL-A with doubles/triples endorsement
- Hazmat and tanker endorsements strongly preferred
- No automatic transmission restriction
- Valid DOT medical card + clean driving record
- At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude (you know your way around tools)
- Strong communication skills—dispatch and customers rely on you
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation
