We're growing our operation in Pembroke and looking for experienced diesel mechanics as well as road service technicians. Whether you prefer working in a fully equipped shop or being the guy who shows up when a truck is stranded, there’s a place for you here.

Shop Diesel Mechanics (A & B Level)

You'll work on a mix of commercial trucks, tow trucks, wreckers, and diesel-powered equipment. This isn't a parts-swap operation—we need techs who can diagnose issues, think through repairs, and take pride in quality work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related systems
• Working on transmissions, steering, suspension, and braking systems
• Performing computer-based diagnostics
• Air brake inspections and repairs
• Preventive maintenance and fleet service work
• Creating repair plans and documenting completed work
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe

Mobile Diesel Road Service Technicians

For techs who don't want to spend every day inside four walls. You'll respond to breakdowns and service calls throughout the area, performing diagnostics and repairs wherever the customer is located.

What You'll Be Doing

• Emergency roadside repairs
• Mobile diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Working directly with dispatch and customers
• Maintaining a clean, organized service truck

What We're Looking For

• Diesel repair experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and scan tools
• Valid driver's license
• DOT medical card for road service candidates
• Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-minded
• Good communication skills and professional attitude
