Fleet Mechanic – Heavy Equipment & Diesel Trucks

Location: Bradford, ON

Join a large, well-established snow removal company with a reputation for stability and long-term employment. We operate a large fleet of heavy equipment and diesel trucks and are looking for a skilled Fleet Mechanic to keep our operation running year-round.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position with work that changes with the seasons.

• April to November: Focus on major repairs, overhauls, and rebuilds of heavy equipment and trucks. Straight day shift.
• Winter Months: Maintenance and quick turnarounds to keep the fleet running during snow events. Must be flexible to work afternoons, overnights, or extended hours as needed depending on weather conditions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 310T Licensed Technician preferred (ability to perform truck safeties is a strong asset).
• Will also consider experienced unlicensed mechanics with solid heavy equipment and diesel repair experience or Sr. Level Apprentices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team (you’ll work alongside one other technician).
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and preventative maintenance skills.
