We're hiring experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Technicians to join a well-established and growing heavy-duty truck repair organization with multiple locations throughout Texas. We're seeking experienced, mid- to senior-level diesel technicians who take pride in diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty trucks while delivering quality workmanship.

Compensation & Benefits

• $30.00-$50.00+/hour (depending on experience)
• Higher compensation available for exceptional technicians
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Shop Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks, Mack experience required.
• Perform engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, electrical, hydraulic, and aftertreatment repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation.
• Work safely while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Deliver quality workmanship in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy-duty diesel repair experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working on Class 8 trucks.
• Ability to work independently.
• Own tools preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
