About Us: We are a dynamic and thriving seasonal tourist operation, and we need an experienced mechanic to lead the charge in maintaining and repairing our fleet of Coach buses, automotive transit vehicles, boats, and equipment. Our busy season runs from April to October, making this an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take charge and lead the team year-round.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of junior mechanics
• Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on buses, automotive transit vehicles, boats, and equipment
• Ensure the safety and longevity of our diverse fleet
• Manage the mechanical repairs and maintenance throughout the year

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a mechanic
• Automotive and outboard motor experience is a plus
• Strong leadership skills to oversee and guide junior mechanics
• Ability to thrive in a seasonal and dynamic work environment
