Key Responsibilities:

• Safety First: Maintain a safe shop environment, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company regulations.
• Team Leadership: Schedule and direct maintenance activities, train staff, and foster growth.
• Operational Excellence: Plan and organize the shop for maximum productivity and efficiency.
• Problem Solving: Investigate fleet issues and manage repairs in-house or through external vendors.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on vehicles and plant equipment.
• Fleet Strategy: Collaborate with management to assess and plan vehicle replacements.

We are ideally looking for someone with a background as a Diesel Technician/Mechanic preferably with Supervisory, Management or Lead experience.
