HVAC Service Technicians will primarily diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and occasionally  install residential or commercial HVAC equipment such as RTU’s, VAC’s, VRF’s, Central Ducted AC, Mini Splits, Packaged Units, VAV Systems, Commercial Split Systems, Chillers, etc. for new construction and/or retrofit; educate customers about company services and products. There are NO heating systems on the islands.

HVAC SERVICE TECH JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least five (5) years commercial and/or residential HVAC service experience
• Solid low voltage troubleshooting and commissioning skills
• HVAC Certification an asset (i.e. Red Seal, NATE, Journeyman, EPA, etc.)
• Clean Criminal Record Mandatory (to obtain Work Permit)
• Valid Passport and Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Ability to Pass Employment Background: Criminal, Physical, Drug, and MVR

SHIFT: Days, 7:45am - 4:45pm (Monday - Friday). Must be willing to work weekends if needed. OT after 40 hours. On-call: 1 week/2 months. 

COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS:

• Commercial HVAC Techs: $22.00 - $35.00KY/hour ($36 - $57/hour CDN | $26 - $42/hour USD)
• Residential HVAC Techs: $25.00 - $27.00KY/hour ($41 - $44/hour CDN | $30 - $32/hour USD)
• Oncall: $120 for being on call and OT for any service call
