Role Overview:

As a Marine Diesel Mechanic with our company, you'll be at the forefront of our operations. You'll be responsible not only for engine repairs and maintenance but also for helping us establish and streamline our Service Department. Responsibilities:

• Perform engine repairs and maintenance on Yachts.
• Assist in setting up and optimizing our Service Department for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks effectively.
• Contribute ideas for improving processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Marine Mechanic, preferably in a repair facility, marina, or dealership.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of marine diesel engines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
