What You'll Be Crushing Daily:

• Install residential split systems like a pro
• Tackle commercial split systems & package units with confidence
• Expertly install ductwork – both fiberboard and flex
• Run clean and efficient drain lines and copper line sets
• Braze copper piping with precision
• Wire and fire up systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Collaborate in a team-first environment
• Work full-time and handle a flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

Schedule Options:

• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available
• Weekend work as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years HVAC experience (preferred, but skills speak louder than time)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Reliable, professional, and ready to grow with a winning team
