We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support a modern rental and equipment operation serving commercial and industrial clients across the GTA. This is a mostly field-based role (approx. 70% road / 30% shop) with a company service van provided and the ability to take the vehicle home. This opportunity is ideal for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and seeing jobs through properly — not just swapping parts. The right person is confident, team-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable asking for support when needed.

Location: Mississauga, ON (Field Coverage: Hamilton → Toronto → Ajax/Pickering)

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Flexibility needed for OT and service calls.
• Overtime: Paid after 44 hours
• Pay: $35–$45/hour (flexible for top-level talent; review possible after 90 days)

What You’ll Do

• Perform field service diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on aerial lift equipment and material handling equipment
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems using schematics and service manuals
• Complete some shop-based work out of the Mississauga location (approx. 30%)
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, service team, and customers
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced rental environment
• Participate in a limited, rotational on-call schedule

Equipment You’ll Work On

• Aerial lifts and access equipment (boom lifts, scissor lifts)
• Forklifts and material handling equipment
• Modern, well-maintained fleet (no outdated residential equipment)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
• Rental, heavy equipment or forklift experience preferred
• Positive attitude, no ego, team-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the GTA
