We have a high-level Heavy Equipment Mechanic position available out of Blue Island, Illinois. This is a fleet maintenance role with a proven multi-location outfit that has been an industry leader for close to 20 years.

The Gig:

• Maintain off-highway heavy equipment & diesel machinery - loaders, large material handlers, forklifts, cranes, shredders, bobcats and other support equipment
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and diesel systems.

Compensation:

• $40.00 - $45.00/hour to start. Flexibility for higher starting pay based on experience.

Shifts:

• Day shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday to Friday).
• OT and some Saturdays.

Qualifications:

• Five years of prior experiencing troubleshooting and repairing heavy equipment.
• Your own tools/tool box.
• Ability to pass background checks.
