Manufacturing Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–8:00 AM

Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential + monthly bonus

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd-shift maintenance team in Hayward, WI.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who enjoys diagnosing equipment problems, completing repairs, and keeping a manufacturing operation running efficiently.

The regular schedule is four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, giving you a consistent 3-day weekend. Some Friday availability may be required based on production and maintenance needs.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete necessary repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot pneumatic systems and basic hydraulics
• Assist with planned maintenance outages and equipment shutdowns
• Complete minor facility repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and painting
• Work with the Maintenance Lead and Manager to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Help minimize equipment downtime and support efficient production
• Complete additional maintenance duties as required

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Vocational, technical, or industrial maintenance training is highly preferred
• 1–5 years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with pneumatic systems preferred
• Basic hydraulic knowledge preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to prioritize repairs and follow established maintenance procedures
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Flexibility to work additional shifts, Fridays, or respond to call-ins when required
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Compensation

• $25.00–$30.00/hour
• Additional $1.00/hour 3rd-shift differential
• Monthly bonus opportunity
