Key Responsibilities
As the Maintenance Manager, you will:

Champion Safety: Lead safety and environmental initiatives, including employee safety engagement, regulatory compliance, and related training.

Optimize Operations: Identify process improvements and develop/document maintenance procedures.

Foster Relationships: Build strong connections with steel mill personnel, vendors, and management teams.

Strategize and Execute: Develop maintenance systems, monitor departmental budgets, and create business plans.

Drive Excellence: Set, assess, and achieve KPIs, analyze data for informed decision-making, and manage major repair or installation projects.

Evaluate Investments: Assess the feasibility of capital expenditures and act as project manager for key initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will bring:

Education: Some college or degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in maintenance within industrial or construction environments.
